Tonight I say a prayer…

I say a prayer for all the spouses, children, parents, girlfriends, boyfriends, friends, and anyone who provides care for a person with a chronic illness. You never really understand until you are there, walking that path how hard it can all be. How overwhelming, stressful, and emotional it can all be. To watch someone you love suffer, to advocate for them, take care of them, make dozens of phone calls, go to every appointment, while continuing to take care of your children, your family, your home, your bills, your job, and your own health. Tonight I say a prayer for all of you. May God grant you peace.
